On February 12, 2025, the Abuja Transport and Aviation Correspondents Association (ATACA) held a closely contested election in Abuja following the expiration of its previous executive committee. The process resulted in Ejike Ejike emerging as the new chairman of the association.

- Welfare Secretary: Chidi Ugwu (retained)
- Public Relations Officer (PRO): Kasim Sumaina (re-elected)

ATACA, a body comprising journalists covering transportation, aviation, marine, and the blue economy in Abuja, is known for its commitment to investigative research and professional journalism.
