The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd) has announced that the Port Harcourt Refining Company (PHRC) will undergo a planned maintenance shutdown starting today, May 24, 2025. According to a statement released by the Chief Corporate Communications Officer, Femi Soneye, the maintenance exercise is expected to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of the refinery.
