Partnership Takes Flight: AAAU and ATOM Sign MoU for Mutual Growth and Development

The African Aviation and Aerospace University (AAAU) and ATOM Aviation Training Services signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for mutual resource sharing and training opportunities on 12th February, 2024. In Dubai, United Arab Emirates, this collaboration aims to enhance training opportunities and professional development for aviation personnel, contributing to the growth of the global aviation industry. In attendance were official representatives from both institutions. The ATOM delegation, including Chief Executive Officer Sheikh Mohammed Al-Memari, Quality Manager Raed Al Batayneh, and Training Manager Ibrahim Al Hazaimeh, extended a warm welcome to the AAAU team, led by Registrar Dr. Mustapha Sheikh Abdullahi, Director of Professional Training Programmes Mr. Aliyu Tata Azare, Public Relations Officer Ms. Sa’adatu Usman, and Mr. Anas Aliyu. After signing the MoU, the AAAU team was given a tour of ATOM’s state-of-the-art facilities, followed by discussions on mutual resource sharing.

This strategic partnership is poised to elevate the aviation industry’s training standards, fostering a new era of collaboration and innovation between AAAU and ATOM.

    All in all I believe this will augur better for Nigeria as this is one of the indices of tech-transfer policies of the Federal government.
