Revolutionizing Governance: President Tinubu Launches AI-Powered Service-Wise GPT

Abuja’s Eagle Square played host to a landmark event that promises to transform Nigeria’s public service delivery. The Maiden International Civil Service Conference, which took place on June 25-26, 2025, brought together dignitaries, including President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, and Hon. Imaan Sulaiman Ibrahim, Minister of Women Affairs.

During the conference, President Tinubu launched the AI-Powered Service-Wise GPT, a locally developed artificial intelligence assistant designed to speed up policy execution and provide instant guidance on rules and procedures. “We’re not just talking about technology; we’re talking about transforming the lives of Nigerians,” President Tinubu said. “With Service-Wise GPT, we’re taking a giant leap towards efficient governance.”

Mrs. Walson-Jack highlighted the conference’s focus on rejuvenating, innovating, and accelerating public service delivery. “This is a defining moment for our public service,” she said. “We’re committed to leveraging technology to improve citizen experience.”
